A Millfield School teacher and student have joined together to create a ‘Listening Archive’ that encapsulates stories from people on lockdown during the coronavirus outbreak all over the world, allowing future audiences to hear history first hand.
Motivated by the incredible Captain Tom Moore and inspired by the dedication and selfless hard work shown by all those at the NHS, Isla has decided to come up with her own challenge whilst in lockdown to raise money for these truly amazing people.
St Swithun’s School, Winchester, has produced and delivered 50 face shields for frontline NHS staff at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital, and a further 36 for the staff at Andover Health Centre and the linked ‘hot hub’.
